Engine Mounting

It is fitted on the engine & body of the car. It secures the engine and transmission to the frame of the car and absorbs the road-shocks and engine vibration so that the driver does not feel any engine movement.

STRUT MOUNTING

One of the most important parts of vehicle’s suspension system. It serves as the mounting point for the top of vehicle’s strut assemblies to connect vehicle’s chassis. It absorbs vibration or any shock from the road when the car is in motion.

RUBBER BUSHING

It is a type of vibration isolator. It provides an interface between 2 parts, damping the energy transmitted through the bushing. It is fitted on the suspensions of the car to provide driving control and also absorb vibration from the roads.

CENTRE BEARING

Mechanical element used to reduce relative motion and restrict friction experienced by moving parts to a more manageable level. It provides support and protection to the shaft of the car while the shaft is turned in a high speed.

SPRING BUMPER

It is mounted on horizontal track. It provides cushion effect on the leaf spring, preventing them to knock on the body of the car and create noise.

INTAKE HOSE

It is vital piece of equipment for any internal combustion engine. It directs the air to the engine where it mixes with fuel to create power.

STABILIZER LINK

It is a suspension link which connects the anti-roll bar to the lower wishbone. It provides driving control.

C.V. BOOT & STEERING BOOT

It protects any dust, dirt or stones and other contaminants from going into the CV joints, avoiding the joints from worn quickly.
